By bringing together schools, children, their families and friends to help them to live a greener life, Generation Green aims to encourage “greener” behaviour and show how together we can make lasting changes for the future.

See what you can do to help

  • Complete an Energy Savers Report for your home – earn 100 leaves for the school. Over a million leaves have already been donated this way!
  • Play the Generation Green Quiz and see if you know as much as children and earn leaves for the school.
  • Donate your old mobile phones and printer cartridges for recycling. Help your school earn leaves as well as cash with Recycool.

Get some energy efficiency tips by playing Top Trumps or try your hand at defeating Baron Fossilosis in the games room, you’ll earn 5 leaves for your school when you sign up as an Eco-Ranger – good luck!

  • Turning appliances of standby saves 120Kg CO2 and £37/year
