  1. I can't find my school

    If you can't find your school by name, please try searching by postcode and/or town name. If you are still unable to find your school, please contact the Generation Green Team on 0845 070 2415 and they will arrange for your school to be added.

  2. My schools name / address is wrong

    Please contact the Generation Green Team on 0845 070 2415 and they will arrange for your schools details to be updated.

  3. How do I register?

    Firstly you must locate your school by clicking on the 'Find your school' link. This will allow you to locate your school by name or postcode and will take you to your schools profile page. If your school is not already part of Generation Green, you will see a pink 'Register this school' button at the bottom of the profile page. Clicking this button starts the registration process.

  4. I haven't received a confirmation e-mail

    Please check your spam filters and ensure that donotreply@generationgreen.co.uk is in your whitelist. If you contact the Generation Green Team on 0845 070 2415 they can resend the confirmation e-mail for you.

  5. I am getting an activation failed error

    This message appears when an activation link is invalid or has already been used. Possible causes could be, the activation link being clicked more than once, or the activation link being incomplete as it has gone onto more than one line in the email. Please try copying and pasting the full link from your email into your browser then try again.

  6. I entered the wrong e-mail address when I registered

    Please contact the Generation Green Team on 0845 070 2415 who will arrange for your registration to be cancelled. You will then be able to re-register under the correct e-mail address.

  7. My password is not being accepted when I try and log in to the control panel

    Please check that you haven't got CAPS LOCK on as the password is case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the 'Lost your login details' link and a new password will be emailed to you.

  8. I am unable to log in to the control panel for my school

    This site requires the use of cookies. If you do not have cookies enabled, you will need to enable them to log into the control panel.

  9. How do I enable cookies?

    Follow the instructions specific to your browser at www.google.com/cookies.html

  10. I've forgotten my password

    Please click on the 'Lost your login details' link, enter your email address and a new password will be sent to you.

  11. How do I add a second Green Contact to my school?

    Log in and go to the control panel, click on the 'Account' tab. At the bottom of the screen is a section labelled Your School's Green Contacts. If you enter the email address of a collegue you wish to become an additonal Green Contact, a login and password will be created for them and confirmed via email.

  12. When will I receive my starter pack?

    Starter packs will be sent out within 28 days of your school's account being activated.

  13. Do I need to be registered on Generation Green to use the lessons or resources?

    The lesson plans are freely available to all teachers, regardless of whether or not your school has registered. However, each lesson plan you download could earn your school valuable leaves towards their leaf goal.
