The Promoter will assist the Winner in preparing the necessary application documentation;
d. on receipt of funding under the Low Carbon Buildings Programme, the Winner will transfer that funding to the Promoter. The Winner will not be required to transfer any money to the Promoter before such funding has been received by the Winner;
e. the Winner will be responsible for obtaining any planning or building consents necessary for the installation of the solar panels;

11. The Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury which is not reasonably foreseeable. The installation of the solar panels will be subject to the terms and conditions supplied to the Winners before the installation of the solar panels and the Promoter will have no responsibility or liability save as set out in those terms and conditions.
12. The Promoter will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or impair an Entrants' ability to win the Competition.

The competition will run on a monthly basis from November 3rd. A player’s points will accumulate from the 1st to the 28th/30th/31st of the relevant month. The winners of each category will be announced after this time. At the end of every month player’s points will be cleared. Winners will be contacted by email and the prize will be sent to them.
In any 12 month period, top scorers will only be able to win prize bundles twice. After this point, although their names will still appear on the leaderboards, they will not be eligible to receive any further prize bundles.
